WINDSOR HYUNDAI $250 GAS CARD GIVEAWAY

1. Sponsor

The Windsor Hyundai $250 Gas Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Windsor Hyundai, located at 1620 Sylvestre Drive, Tecumseh, Ontario, N8N 2L9 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Meet Windsor Hyundai’s standard test-drive eligibility and safety requirements.

Employees, representatives and agents of Windsor Hyundai, the 401 Group of Companies, their affiliated companies, advertising partners and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

3. Booking Period

To qualify, participants must book a test drive with Windsor Hyundai between Friday, August 28 and Sunday, August 30, 2026, inclusive (the “Booking Period”).

The test drive does not have to be completed during the Booking Period. It may be scheduled and completed on a later date, provided it is completed no later than [TEST DRIVE COMPLETION DEADLINE].

Bookings received before or after the Booking Period will not qualify.

4. How to Enter

To participate:

• Complete the official Windsor Hyundai Giveaway form or book through an authorized Windsor Hyundai representative during the Booking Period.
• Provide accurate contact information, including your full name, telephone number and email address.
• Book a test drive with Windsor Hyundai.
• Complete the booked test drive by the Test Drive Completion Deadline.

Booking a test drive alone does not create a valid entry. An entry will only be entered into the random draw after Windsor Hyundai confirms that the participant completed the booked test drive.

No vehicle purchase, deposit, financing application or other payment is required.

Limit of one entry per person, regardless of the number of vehicles test-driven or appointments booked. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Test-Drive Conditions

All test drives are subject to:

• Vehicle availability.
• Appointment availability.
• Presentation of a valid driver’s licence.
• Windsor Hyundai’s standard test-drive, insurance and safety requirements.
• Any additional test-drive documentation reasonably required by Windsor Hyundai.

Participants are responsible for attending their scheduled appointment or rescheduling it before the Test Drive Completion Deadline.

Should Windsor Hyundai need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the participant will be offered a reasonable alternate date. The participant must complete the test drive on the alternate date provided to receive a valid entry.

6. Prize

There is one prize available, consisting of one gas card with an approximate retail value of $250 CAD.

The gas card provider will be selected by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection

Within five business days after the Test Drive Completion Deadline, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all valid entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the telephone number or email address submitted with their booking. The selected entrant must respond within five business days of the Sponsor’s first contact attempt.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

• Confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
• Complete any required declaration, eligibility confirmation or prize release form.
• Accept the prize according to these Official Rules.

Should the selected entrant fail to respond, fail to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fail to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified and another entrant may be selected at random.

8. Prize Claim

The confirmed winner must make arrangements with Windsor Hyundai to receive the prize within the timeframe provided by the Sponsor.

A prize that is not claimed within the required timeframe may be forfeited, and the Sponsor may select another eligible entrant.

9. Entry Verification

All entries are subject to verification by Windsor Hyundai. The Sponsor’s records regarding the date of booking and completion of the test drive will determine whether an entry is valid.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who:

• Provides false or incomplete information.
• Attempts to enter more than once.
• Attempts to interfere with the booking, entry or winner-selection process.
• Fails to complete the booked test drive by the applicable deadline.
• Violates these Official Rules.

10. Technical and Scheduling Issues

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected bookings or entries resulting from technical failures, internet interruptions, incorrect contact information or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Participants are responsible for confirming that their test-drive booking has been successfully submitted.

11. Changes or Cancellation

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Giveaway should fraud, technical failure, event disruption, emergency or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the proper administration of the Giveaway.

Any changes will be communicated through Windsor Hyundai’s official channels where reasonably possible.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used to:

• Arrange and confirm the test-drive appointment.
• Verify completion of the test drive.
• Administer the Giveaway.
• Contact the selected entrant.
• Award the prize.
• Meet applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

Information will be handled according to Windsor Hyundai’s privacy policy and may be provided to service providers assisting with the administration of the Giveaway.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically provide consent to receive future promotional or marketing communications. Any marketing consent must be requested separately and is optional.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. General Conditions

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway, entry verification and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
